Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable , and General Ledger entries is required. Generating invoices and statements, applying receipts, and calling on overdue accounts, entering incoming invoices and generating EFT payments and checks will be tasks for this position.
Other duties will include answering the telephone, greeting walk in customers, and counter sales as experience is gained
Multi-tasking, accuracy in data entry and calculations are important skills needed for the position
Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8-4:30
Group Benefits are offered after 6 months of employment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
