Job Summary
Balanced Wellness Family Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive healthcare team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
- Work closely with our chiropractors and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Help with non-clinical duties in treatment areas when needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to assist wherever needed to help the clinic succeed
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required
