Job Summary

We are seeking motivated candidates for a Direct Hire Material Handler, Forklift Preferred opportunity in a pharmaceutical distribution center in the L6M 4B4 area. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, are eager to learn, and want to build experience in logistics, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and equipment operation.

This position offers all shifts, hands-on training, and the chance to work in a clean, team-oriented distribution environment supporting the medical devices and supplies industry. Successful candidates will be detail-focused, reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working as part of a productive warehouse team with supportive direction and clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate warehouse equipment such as a Cherry Picker and Raymond Reach as required.
- Pick, pack, sort,



and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners to support order picking, inventory tracking, and warehouse transactions.
- Complete inventory counts, put-away tasks, sorting, and general material handling duties.
- Assemble cardboard boxes, perform basic data entry, and maintain a clean work area.
- Support additional warehouse and distribution center duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct Hire opportunity.
- Pay range is $19.05 to $20.55 per hour, depending on shift.
- All shifts available, including days, afternoons, and nights.
- Monday to Friday shift commitment required.
- Potential overtime available during the week and on weekends.
