Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and oversee workflow efficiency
- Deliver exceptional patient care through medication counselling and clinical services
- Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy associates while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations, company policies,



and professional standards
- Manage inventory, quality assurance, and operational performance
- Promote patient-focused initiatives and clinical programs within the pharmacy

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists (NBCP)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
- Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and developing high-performing teams
