Innova STEM Labs is a new education solution provider specialized in STEM (Science, Technology Engineering, Math). Our team of skilled teachers with background in the field of electronics, computer science and architectural design impart the development of our students’ understanding and spark their Interest in pursuing STEM Careers, within fun and motivating environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for the program through self-study and review of curriculum
- Prepare and deliver Envision Curriculum to students
- Create and manage a stimulating educational environment which is conducive to students learning
- Facilitate small and large group meetings (lead interactive discussions, briefings, debriefings, simulations, and follow pre-designed lesson plans, etc.)
- Be responsible for the dissemination of the educational content of the program
- Be responsible for providing the best experience possible for all program participants
- Prepare the students for each day’s activities
- Provide and excellent customer experience to parents and students.
- Help with generating marketing and client communication material.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Robotics and computer programming languages is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic circuit principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D design is a plus.
- Bilingual English /French is an asset.
- Must agree to and pass background check.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- College or university degree in Teaching / Engineering technology / Computer Science.
- One (1) year teaching experience in school classroom workplace.
