Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Provide excellent customer service
- Competent computer skills for managing service records and customer interaction
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all computer systems are updated with customer information and service history
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Process and track warranty claims from start to completion
- Review claims for accuracy and eligibility
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with reporting and warranty analysis
- Previous experience in a dealership would be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
