The only reason this role exists is that we have more inbound leads coming in than one person can handle. We are not scrambling to find customers. Every single one is a person who already called us asking for a quote. You are not cold calling. You are not prospecting. You are not building any lists. You show up, look at the driveway, have a real conversation, and close the job. That is the entire role. Everything behind you is handled. Quotes are prepared for you. Contracts go out for you. Scheduling, crews, follow-ups, and payments are all taken care of by the team. Your only job is being valuable in front of a customer. What you earn:



Commission only. 30% of the profit on every job you close. No cap. Most driveways run $600-$1000 in profit. With 5 to 10 appointments a day, you can do the math yourself. This is not for someone who needs a base salary to feel comfortable. It is for someone who knows they can close and wants to be paid like it. Who this is actually for: We are not looking for someone trying to get into sales. We are looking for someone who has done it, has a real track record, and can hold a conversation without reading from a script.
