Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and dedicated Landscape and Construction Laborers to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects. This role involves a mix of landscape and construction work, offering a well rounded opportunity for individuals looking to build experience across multiple areas of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Prior experience in construction or landscaping is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape installations including sod, planting, garden beds, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Assist with construction work including excavation, trenching, backfilling, and grading.
- Operate equipment such as shovels, rakes, compactors, skid steers, excavators, and small power tools.
- Assist with concrete and masonry work including brickwork or stone installations, forming and finishing for landscape features
- Load,



unload, and manage materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites.
- Support carpentry tasks like fence or structure building as needed
- Assist with restoration projects and landscape repairs
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure work is completed to company standard.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, civil work, septic installation, or general labour is an asset
- Experience with equipment (skid steer, excavator) is an asset
- Solid work ethic, reliability and ability to work independently and as a team member
- Physically fit, able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable lifting and handling materials
- Willingness to learn and participate in a variety of tasks to support the team
- Clean G Class license (preferred, but not required)
- WHMIS certification (preferred, but not required)
- Reliable transportation is required, not all job sites are accessible by public transit

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (June-November, weather dependent)

$18 - $25 per hour
