Compensation: $32.84 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a secure and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M; Registration required).
- Current CPR / First Aid level C Certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care preferred.
