Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and update information accurately through data entry
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to enhance customer experience




- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions for quality assurance and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Experience with sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet customer demands

Pay: $17.20-$33.25 per hour
