The Leo is a brand-new seafood and steak destination opening in Downtown Markham, led by Michelin-starred chef Alvin Leung. We're looking for reliable, hardworking Dishwashers who take pride in keeping a professional kitchen running at its best.

As a Dishwasher at The Leo, you'll play a critical role in every service by maintaining a clean, organized, and productive kitchen environment. If you're dependable, work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout service
- Keep all kitchen and stewarding areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring equipment and tools are always available
- Take out garbage and recycling while maintaining a clean work environment
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work areas throughout the shift
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards




- Jump in wherever needed to help keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

- Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
