Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Medical Office Assistant to join our very busy family practice clinic.

Hours Offered:

- This position is 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday off.
- Regular daytime hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility is required to work occasional after-hours Women’s Health Clinics as scheduled. Paid at overtime if working the day as well.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting wage: $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Paid statutory holidays after one year of employment.
- Probationary period of 3–6 months.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional patient service in a fast-paced family practice clinic.
- Manage appointments, referrals, forms, and other administrative duties.
- Answer phones and communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Assist physicians with daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow.




- Perform other administrative and clinical support duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous Medical Office Assistant experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
- Learn quickly and can work independently once trained.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to the changing needs of a busy medical practice.

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work occasional after-hours Women’s Health Clinics as needed.
