Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Product Specialist / Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you have a passion for boating, building relationships, and helping customers find the perfect boat for their lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Respond to on-line and telephone inquiries and follow up on leads.

· Learn and become an expert on our product lines, features, and benefits.

· Guide customers through the boat buying process from initial inquiry to delivery.

· Conduct product demonstrations and walkarounds.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale.

· Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, events, and online inquiries.

· Assist with boat shows, customer appreciation events, and promotional activities.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with the Sales, Service, Finance, and Parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.





· Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.

Skills & Qualifications

· MARINE, POWERSPORTS or AUTOMOTIVE - Prior retail sales experience.

· Team Player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· A passion for the water sports and lake lifestyle.

· A strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude to ensure client expectations are met.

· Proven attention to detail, motivated and willing to learn, reliable, organized, punctual and ready to contribute to a positive working environment.

· Flexible in terms of schedule. To be successful in this industry you must be able to meet the time demands of your clients.

· Have a valid drivers license and be comfortable towing boats.
