Responsibilities :

Leadership & Personnel Support

- Coordinate daily task distribution for the front desk team in collaboration with leadership.
- Support the training and onboarding of new front desk team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support by identifying training needs and recommending development opportunities.
- Assist with schedule management, including tracking employee hours and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare materials for weekly team meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Support staffing updates and the implementation of promotional initiatives.
- Foster employee engagement, teamwork, and positive communication; escalate significant concerns to management.
- Serve as the first point of support for front desk staff during daily operations to help ensure efficient work flow.

Operations Support

- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and assist with daily deposits in accordance with established procedures.
- Enter product and supply orders into the organization's management system as required.
- Verify end-of-day financial reports and forward them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with processing invoices related to the organization's employee purchasing program.
- Support inventory management through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, stock replenishment, and system reconciliation.




- Escalate operational issues to management and propose practical solutions.
- Support stockroom organization, supply ordering, and inventory system updates.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Customer Experience & Front Desk Excellence

- Support client consultations by assisting with product recommendations when appropriate.
- Assist in organizing, preparing, and hosting client education or promotional events.
- Contribute to the organization's social media initiatives as directed.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for client concerns and work toward satisfactory resolutions; escalate significant issues to management.
- Recommend improvements to enhance service quality and overall client experience.

Qualifications :

- At least three (3) years of relevant experience, ideally in a retail or service business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in sales and personnel management is a must.
- Commitment to customer well-being.
