Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations,



and dining areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any special requests or concerns

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and reliability are essential for success in this role
