Landscape Construction – Experienced Lead Hand ($25-32/hour)

A Quiet Nature Lead Hand will assist their Crew Leader in the completion of all hardscape installation projects and ensure that the job runs in an efficient and productive manner. You’ll have a budding passion for building beautiful, unique spaces and a willingness to learn, grow, push yourself, and generally change the world (or at least the private world of our clients). The Lead Hand is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects and will operate different tools and specialty pieces of equipment to get things done.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the landscape world with a strong sense of what you like and don’t like building, and a desire to continue honing your specialty and perfecting your craft. You enjoy working hard and are open to joining a team of really great people building very unique landscapes including natural swimming ponds and water features.
