Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the baking industry, with experience and knowledge in baking sourdough breads and food preparation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including bread, preparing muffin mixes, bars and squares, etc.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are properly measured and prepared.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.




- Assisting with clean up and dishwashing, and working as a team.

Experience

- Previous experience ( 2-3 years) as a Baker in the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- A passion for baking and creating high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
