We are seeking a vibrant and driven Compliance Agent to join our team.
The Audit and Compliance team are responsible for auditing pre-recorded calls and portfolio files for quality assurance, and to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, client’s directives as well as company policies and procedures. The Compliance Agent is also responsible for identifying and reporting on areas of opportunity to improve overall quality. The Compliance Agent reports to the Supervisor, Audit & Compliance.
Experience in SOC 2 or ISO 27001 considered an asset for audit and compliance positions.
This is an on-site position at 225 Yorkland Blvd, our Toronto Office, Monday to Friday.
As a Compliance Agent, you will:
- Monitor and score phone calls based on set parameters
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly file audits
- Identify infractions and trends based on policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing feedback to management
- Prepare, update, and retrieve data for reporting purposes
- Provide requested information to senior management
- Collection Agent license management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a debt collection role preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and provincial regulations pertaining to debt collections
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with DRS and CUBS an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes well
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
- Team oriented individual who is also an independent worker and a self-starter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34,320.00-$45,000.00 per year
