Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and equipment following engineered drawings and established procedures
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision
- Maintain an organized, clean work area and properly care for company tools
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, Security, Compliance, and Environmental policies
Skills and Education
- 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions in English
- Good verbal communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
- Experience with rubber molding or rubber injection manufacturing processes
