Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Process returns, respond to customer inquiries,



and provide accurate information to support issue resolution.
- Support a designated customer territory while providing coverage for other territories as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products when appropriate and aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain positive B2B customer relationships through reliable communication and service.
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
