Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Windshield Replacement Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end and luxury vehicle glass replacement and are seeking someone who can work independently, produce high-quality work, and handle advanced vehicles with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Remove and install windshields and automotive glass on all makes and models
- Work on Tesla vehicles and other luxury/high-end vehicles
- Perform ADAS / safety system calibrations
- Ensure proper installation, sealing, and fitment according to OEM standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional auto glass shop
- Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
- Strong experience with Tesla and high-end vehicle installations
- Experience performing calibrations and using ADAS equipment
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and robust work ethic
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay will depend on proven ability and experience. We are looking for the right long-term technician, and compensation will increase for candidates who demonstrate strong skills, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- OEM or dealership-level installation experience
- Auto glass certifications are an asset
- Experience with windshields, side glass, back glass, regulators, and chip repairs
