We are currently seeking individuals to work at our Fresh Mexican Grill Store in Windsor (Walker Road) location. Previous experience in the food service industry is required. Comprehensive training is provided. Must be able to lift 25lb.
Please note that this is a very rapid paced environment, and you will constantly be on your feet.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing food items such as Burritos, Quesadillas, Tacos, Bowls, Fries and more.
- Monitor inbound online orders & process efficiently and accurately.
- Food prep and replenishment of hot and cold tables. Includes dicing fresh vegetables and keeping their respective containers filled and neat.
- Receiving deliveries and placing products in the correct storage areas, also refilling and making sauces such as our Burrito or Hot sauces.
- Keeping our kitchen, equipment, washrooms and front of house areas clean at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- A great smile and ability to work with a dynamic team of individuals
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Food Handlers certificate and/or Smart Serve would be considered an asset.
- Takes the time to learn and follow methods in place to ensure portion accuracy.
- Works efficiently and with poise to ensure orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Education: Have completed High School or equivalent courses.
