Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise welding operations using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) techniques to create high-quality metal assemblies. Your expertise will ensure that all welds meet strict quality standards and safety protocols, contributing to the production of durable, reliable products. Duties

- Perform TIG welding on various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, following detailed blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols accurately to ensure precise fabrication
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines to prepare materials for welding and assembly
- Conduct rigging and mechanical tasks such as positioning components with cranes or forklifts for welding or assembly processes




- Measure dimensions with calipers and other measuring tools to verify accuracy before, during, and after welding
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and properly handling hazardous materials

Experience

- Proven experience in TIG welding within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Familiarity with MIG welding, plasma cutting, and the use of hand tools and power tools in fabrication processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge including rigging, crane operation, machining, and assembly techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics accurately for exact fabrication work
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding, rigging, forklift operation, and construction sites

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
