We’re looking for a Sales Advisor who’s sharp with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes real pride in follow-through.

That’s why we provide a guaranteed income floor of $5,000–$5,500 per month while you ramp up, build your book of business, and start exceeding it. What you’ll be doing

- Help customers choose the right machine for work or recreation
- Walk customers through options, accessories, and setup so the unit is truly ready
- Work a steady mix of walk-in traffic, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Partner with Parts and Service to deliver a smooth, high-trust customer experience




- Build repeat business and referrals through a professional, consistent approach

Brands & product lines you’ll sell

We carry strong, recognized brands including Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, and GASGAS, with a wide mix of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, marine, and power equipment.

What we’re looking for

- Sales experience is an asset, but not required if you’re coachable and driven
- If you’ve sold in auto/RV/marine, equipment rental, telecom, furniture, home services (HVAC/roofing), or insurance, we want to meet you
- You’re organized, responsive, and take ownership — customers don’t have to chase you
- You enjoy being busy and you’re comfortable talking to people all day

We’ll train the right person

If you have the attitude, work ethic, and people skills, we’ll teach product knowledge and our sales process. We’d rather hire someone hungry and coachable than someone experienced with bad habits.
