We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to assisting motor vehicle accident client. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them in their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Duties
-Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
-Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects.
-Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
-Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being.
-Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
-Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.
-Support clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and housekeeping.
Requirement documents:
-Having PSW certificate
-Eligible for working in Canada
Experience
-Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
