ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with prior expereince or exposure to wastewater and/or water treatment systems. The inside Sales Representative(ISR) role is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely technical information and pricing to the customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Form proposals based on customer-requested specifications, preparing formal quotations, follow up on quotations, monitor project status
- Provide quotes, follow-ups and excellent customer service to clients
- Coordinate with the project estimator to obtain the cost of materials, outside services, labor, and material (inventoried) costs
- Generate a professional presentation of proposal, with clear specifications and relevant details
- Maximize the hit ratio of closing orders, assess the impact of pricing, delivery and capabilities
- Provide details to outside Sales Representatives to assist the outside sales process
- Share relevant competitive information to management and or the outside Sales Representatives
- Perform quality after sale service to gather specific order information to provide to the Sales Coordinator, confirm delivery dates, and provide scheduling updates as required
- Prospect new and stale accounts
- Update CRM with customer contact and relevant information

- Salary: $60,000-$70,000 based on experience
- Benefits after the probationary period
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- Schedule - Monday to Friday

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years in a similar Inside Sales role or Project Management expertise
- Experience in wastewater or water treament preferred
- Exposure to technical products and technical sales
- Ability to perform basic math, including calculations of margin
- Strong telephone presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- May require occasional travel to various trade shows
- This is a work from office position
