We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while working in a cooperative team setting.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Support team members in various restaurant functions as needed

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Chopping Vegetables





- Stocking and Replenishing Cold Tables

- Stocking and Replenishing Hot Tables

- Refilling and Making Sauces

- Using the fryer to prepare menu items

- Putting away stock from deliveries

- Cleaning (FOH, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Equipment etc.)

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, including restaurant experience, serving, or cashiering roles (QSR)
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
