Charmed Resorts is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our housekeeping team at our fairy tale cottage resort in CROWSNEST PASS (BLAIREMORE), ALBERTA. This is a physically demanding role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining an exceptional guest experience through high standards of cleanliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Clean and sanitize guest cottages and shared outdoor spaces to resort standards
- Perform full checkout cleans: change linens and bedding; sweep, mop, vauum, dust and polish all surfaces; clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows and countertops; clean outdoor barbecues, firepits, and hot tubs; dispose of garbage and recycling
- Assist with laundry - washing, folding and organizing linens
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Promptly report maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with deep cleans or resort events as needed
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and staff

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping cleaning preferred
- Experience in hotels or resorts is an asset
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team




- Physically capable of lifting moderate weights and performing manual labour
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Understanding of seasonal work demands: busy seasons, holidays, etc

JOB DETAILS

Full-time, permanent positions

Day shifts: weekdays, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Located in BLAIRMORE, ALBERTA - in person, must reliably commute or relocate

Candidates will understand that our resort is seasonal in nature, with our busy season being from April to September and our shoulder season from October to March, and as such, shifts may vary according to the specific needs of the resort.

Candidates will understand that the Resort is not closed for Statutory Holidays, and as such, workers may be required to work on those days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
