Forus is an exciting small business (opened April 2023) with a goal to transcend the definition of personal care beyond the feminine lens and inspire an inclusivity around care. Our focus is to provide exceptional service while using vegan friendly, non toxic and cruelty free products. We are looking for fun, sociable professionals that are passionate and knowledgable about healthy nails. We aim to grow and broaden our services to include facials, waxing and other beauty services. We are currently seeking 1-2 part time nail technicians with potential to become full-time. Candidates must be available to work sat and sun with occasional shifts on Fridays. The ideal candidates will be professional, responsible, fun and able to work independently. Must be able to provide regular nail services including manicures,
pedicures and sculpted gel polish. (No acrylics experience needed) We are looking for talented, ambitious and friendly individuals who thrive in a team-based approach. We will train and help build a portfolio to keep clients coming back to you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide manicures and pedicures
- Apply nail polish and other beauty products to nails.
- Perform nail art.
- Be organized.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Communicate with clients.
- Provide great customer service.
The right candidate should have strong e-files skills and experience working with sculpted gel.
