Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Wine Specialist / Brewer to join our team. This role involves overseeing the packaging and production of wine products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a focus on wine production, and possess mechanical knowledge to support manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

- Manage the packaging process of wine products, including bottling, labeling, and sealing.
- Operate equipment such as filteration, bottling and degassing machinery used in manufacturing and wine fermentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with the mechanical maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Follow safety protocols related to safety, sanitation, and equipment operation.




- Support inventory management by tracking materials and finished products accurately.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure product consistency and excellence.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during production activities.

Skills

- Knowledge of custom wine creations specific to customer demands.
- Experience with brewing and or wine specifications is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Basic math skills for quick calculation of ingredients, inventory tracking, and quality assessments.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
