We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, provides exceptional client care, and is committed to creating a positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

Position Overview

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Touch of Hands Massage and Spa, you will provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs. You will assess client concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services that support relaxation, recovery, and overall health.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on client needs and goals
- Conduct client assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities




- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans, progress, and recommendations
- Create a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients
- Follow all professional standards, ethical guidelines, and health and safety practices
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment space
- Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a supportive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

- Registered Massage Therapist certification and in good standing with a recognized regulatory association
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide personalized, client-focused care
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
