Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Gradeperson's / Leadhand's to join our team for FULL YEAR work . The ideal candidate will be responsible for layout, stringing slopes, flat & sloped laser use , Training of laborers.
Duties
- Mark survey stakes to final grade
- Understand grade stake cut/fills and geodetic elevations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain crew efficiency and utilization
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in grading , particularly with final grade
- Experience in commercial projects is preferred.
- Ability to follow supervisor direction efficiently in various conditions.
- Own your our own transportation
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members on-site.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices in all operations.
