Fit Stop is a smoothie, superfood bowl, and supplement store located inside the Waterdown YMCA. We specialize in protein shakes, açaí bowls, smoothies, and high-quality fitness supplements.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping customers make healthier choices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location

Fit Stop – Waterdown YMCA
207 Parkside Drive, Waterdown, ON

Responsibilities

- Prepare smoothies, protein shakes, and açaí bowls according to recipes
- Learn recipes
- Assist customers with supplement purchases and basic product questions
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate POS system and process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Restock ingredients, supplements, and retail products
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Schedule

- Weekday evening shifts available
- Saturday late morning/daytime




- Approximately 8-16.5 hours per week
