We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Assist in day-to-day operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Drive membership sales and retention initiatives, help manage Social Media
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field.
- Strong Organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer relations, and drive sales.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations.
- Personal Training Knowledge/Certification is a huge bonus
- Social Media Knowledge is a bonus
