Cleaner / Route Manager – $18–$23 per Hour

MOLLY MAID Kanata is looking for positive, dependable and hardworking Cleaners / Route Managers to join our team of cleaning professionals. You will work with a teammate to provide high-quality residential cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Kanata and West Ottawa
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum,



mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support your cleaning partner and contribute to a positive team environment
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently while following the daily route and schedule

Who we are looking for

You may be a great fit if you:

- Work well as part of a two-person team
- Can work efficiently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Kanata, West Ottawa or can reliably commute to the required meeting location
- Are interested in developing your skills and advancing within the business

At least one year of cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not required. Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance or client service is considered an asset.





A valid driver’s licence is a strong asset, but it is not required.
