About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide flexible, part-time HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, project-based work, and partnering with organizations to strengthen their people practices. As a trusted advisor, you'll work directly with business leaders to provide practical HR guidance, develop tailored solutions, and help clients build strong, sustainable HR foundations.
This is a hands-on consulting role requiring solid HR expertise, sound judgment, exceptional client service, and the ability to balance multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients across a variety of industries.
- Build strong client relationships by establishing trust and credibility with leaders and stakeholders.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and develop practical, tailored HR solutions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace issues, and HR best practices.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
- Coach and advise leaders on employee matters while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Conduct HR research and provide recommendations aligned with employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen HR practices and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Manage multiple client engagements while delivering responsive, high-quality service and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Business Partner,
or consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
- Experience developing HR documentation, policies, processes, and tools.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate HR best practices into practical business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to client success.

Schedule & Availability
- Flexible workload averaging approximately 10–20 hours per week.
- Capacity to provide support during regular business hours, as client needs arise.

- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and changing client priorities while maintaining excellent client service.
Pay: $45.00-$85.00 per hour
