Nidum Wellness is a newly opened holistic wellness clinic dedicated to supporting the body, mind, and nervous system through integrative, client-centred care. Our vision is to create a calm, welcoming space where practitioners can build sustainable practices while being part of a supportive and team-oriented team. As we grow, we are looking for passionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to grow with us from the beginning.

Position Overview

This is an independent contractor chance ideal for an RMT who is excited to help shape a new clinic environment. You will have the freedom of self-employment while benefiting from clinic infrastructure, administrative support, and shared marketing efforts as the clinic establishes and expands its client base.

This role is well-suited for new graduates or experienced RMTs looking for flexibility and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and contribute to a positive client experience
- Manage your own professional requirements (licensing, insurance, CEUs, taxes)




- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of treatment spaces

Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, or holistic massage is an asset
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Independent Contractor Relationship

This role is offered on an independent contractor basis. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, professional licensing, liability insurance, and continuing education.

Pay: $40.86-$85.72 per hour
