Care Medical Imaging Clinic in Richmond-hill, ON is seeking a dedicated part-time X-Ray technologist to join our thriving team. Qualifications:
- CMRITO and BMD certifications
- Knowledge of medical devices, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Being compassionate and respectful towards the patients
- Mindset focused on solving problems for patients
- Ability to effectively collaborate with team members including front desk staff, other technologists, clinic’s manager.
- Prior experience in a medical imaging clinic considered an asset
- Ability to commute/relocate before starting the work
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and quality X-Ray procedures
- Greet and explain the procedures to patients and answer their questions to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation
- Ensure operation of X-Ray equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Check supplies in X-Ray rooms and notify Front Office Manager of any needed supplies
- Clean all equipment using disinfectant techniques before and after each patient use

- Weekdays: 8 AM - 6 PM
- Saturdays: 8 AM - 3 PM
