Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and menu items while also providing excellent customer service by taking orders, assisting guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and organized during peak business hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.

Handle food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.

Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone.

Operate the cash register/POS system and process customer payments.

Provide friendly and skilled customer service and address customer inquiries.

Ensure all food is cooked safely and meets quality and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and customer service counter.

Follow all food safety and food handling regulations.

Assist with serving food and delivering orders promptly.





Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need replenishment.

Work effectively during busy rush periods, maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality of service.

Support team members with food preparation, cleaning, and other restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a pizza store environment is preferred.

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.

Robust customer service and communication skills.

Ability to take orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.

Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ability to remain organized and perform well during peak rush hours.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and cleanliness.

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
