At Plain Jane Skinbar, we are all about making skin health simple and accessible through routine medical-grade facials and skincare.

This is a part-time position, Sunday - Tuesday, 9:30-6pm.

Retail Manager Responsibilities:

- You are the gauge of the guest experience. Monitoring the level of happiness of our guests by paying attention to cues of how the Skinbar is presented.




- Supporting the team of skin therapists by keeping them focused and aware of their goals throughout the day
- Carry out required administrative responsibilities to ensure the client's appointment needs and expectations are achieved, including answering emails, DMs, phone calls, and AI bot chats
- Operational duties to keep the Skinbar running smoothly, such as reporting, managing labour, inventory, and maintaining Skinbar organization and cleanliness

Job Type: Part-time
