Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with warehouse clerk to ensure order fulfilment
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance




- Assist with marketing materials and social media content
- Travel and participate in tri-annual tradeshows across Canada

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience or interest in marketing, an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English
- Robust computer skills. Previous experience with Quickbooks,Shopify and/or Canva, an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced, collaborative environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical products and terminology, an asset
- Ability to travel within Canada

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
