This is a paid, in-office trainee role for individuals who are motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry. You will gain hands-on customer service experience as you progress through the RIBO licensing process, moving from classroom training into mentorship and onto a book of business.

The focus of this role is learning first. Early stages emphasize training, attention to detail, and successfully completing RIBO licensing requirements. With the right commitment and determination, this role leads into a licensed position managing a book of business.

The Role

You will support our clients through phone, email, and in-office service while building the knowledge and confidence needed to grow into a licensed insurance role. This includes providing quality client service, handling policy changes and inquiries, explaining coverages,



and supporting claims-related questions with care and professionalism.

Office placement is confirmed after the classroom and training process. This position is intended for individuals seeking to begin their career within our Picton, Belleville and Trenton corridor.
