Romac Metal Works is growing. We are seeking a professional individual to take care of our ISO certified Quality program and run the CMM within a safety first, air conditioned environment.

The successful individual will have the following attributes:

- Ability interact directly with the customer and to own the interactions with respect to quality
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ability to manage our QMS
- Ability to undertake role of internal ISO auditor
- Additional knowledge of nuclear standards is an asset
- Ability to implement supplier quality programs
- Ability to conduct in process manufacturing inspections and determine disposition as required
- Deep comprehension of GD&T;
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and 5S programs
- Experience with PCDMIS/Brown and Sharpe CMM is an asset
- Ability manage NCR/CAR processes and to conduct root cause analysis
- Organised, capable of handling multiple tasks without losing track of details
- Experience operating a lift truck and overhead crane is an asset
- Experience with fabrication and CNC machining in a precision manufacturing environment is an asset
