WELLCALM is hiring Registered Physiotherapists to provide mobile physiotherapy services in clients’ homes across Toronto and the GTA.

This opportunity is suited to physiotherapists who want flexible independent-contractor work, support from a centralized coordination team and the ability to provide personalized care in the client’s real home environment.

WELLCALM delivers in-home massage therapy, physiotherapy and chiropractic care for private-pay, extended-health and rehabilitation clients. Opportunities may include general musculoskeletal care, post-operative rehabilitation, mobility support and motor vehicle accident recovery.

Provide personalized physiotherapy in clients’ homes with flexible scheduling, administrative support and opportunities across Toronto and the GTA.

The role

As a WELLCALM mobile physiotherapist, you will travel to clients’ homes to provide assessment, treatment and ongoing rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities may include:

- Conducting physiotherapy assessments in the client’s home
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and movement education
- Supporting mobility, strength, balance and functional recovery
- Documenting assessments, treatments and progress notes
- Communicating relevant updates to the WELLCALM coordination team
- Working collaboratively with other providers involved in the client’s care
- Maintaining professional, ethical and regulatory standards

Who we are looking for

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario




- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable travelling to client homes
- Experience with musculoskeletal, post-operative or rehabilitation care
- Access to reliable transportation is strongly preferred
- Experience with MVA rehabilitation or HCAI documentation is an asset
- Ability to provide evening or weekend availability is an asset

Schedule

This is a flexible independent-contractor prospect. Physiotherapists can accept bookings based on their preferred locations and availability.

Available appointment times may include:

- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Weekends

There is no requirement to maintain a fixed weekly schedule.

Compensation

Independent-contractor compensation based on treatment type, appointment duration and location.

$95.30 to $125.30 per treatment
