Estimator — Part-Time, with Growth Potential

Position Overview: Part-time Estimator to take ownership of budgeting and scope development for incoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review site visit notes and scope info gathered by PMs
- Prepare detailed budgets and cost estimates from that scope
- Package pricing and scope into a submission-ready format
- Return completed budgets to the PM/BD contact for client submission
- Track and prioritize multiple estimates in progress at once
- Flag gaps in scope info that need a follow-up site visit or clarification
- Maintain organized records of past estimates and pricing

Qualifications:

- Estimating experience in construction, renovation, or a related trade




- Comfortable estimating from site notes gathered by others (not doing own site visits)
- Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple estimates under deadline
- Proficiency with estimating/budgeting tools (spreadsheets or estimating software)
- Clear written communication for handing off completed budgets

Growth Potential: Starts part-time with a path to full-time as project volume scales - the team is currently seeing a high volume of current project inquiries.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
