Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. The Kitchen Team Member will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
- Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow and excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment
