Avanti Landscaping is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential landscape construction projects across the GTA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish (pre-construction to closeout)
- Coordinate crews, foremen, and subcontractors
- Schedule jobs and ensure timelines are met
- Review drawings and ensure work is built to spec
- Manage materials, logistics, and site readiness
- Monitor budgets, costs, and job profitability
- Communicate with clients and provide updates
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in landscape or construction project management
- Strong understanding of landscape construction (interlock, grading, drainage, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and hold foremen accountable
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
