Who are we?
My Little Big Web is a web agency with about 20 employees based in Montreal that places workplace well-being at the heart of its development strategy. We offer SEO, online advertising, social media management, and website creation and redesign services (primarily using WordPress).

Job Responsibilities:
The Web Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the agency’s digital projects. Their role involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and production teams, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and priorities are met, while guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction. The main objective is to ensure projects run smoothly, optimize collaboration among the various stakeholders, and contribute to achieving clients’ business objectives.

Your role, in practice:
Project coordination and management

- Preparing and facilitating client meetings
- Supporting department managers
- Monitoring SEO/PPC/social media tasks and redesign projects
- Updating project management tools
- Managing external vendors’ schedules and invoicing

Client relationship management:

- Serving as the team’s point of contact for client projects and assisting clients with minor coordination tasks
- Track deliverables with the SEO/PPC/Social Media teams and manage related billing
- Anticipate potential issues
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction and send out surveys
- Proactively manage communications and handle sensitive situations

Planning and oversight

- Ensure optimal management of team schedules
- Monitor the efficiency of production time
- Validate the accuracy of time estimates
- Manage client time banks

Sales support

- Drafting, reviewing, and approving proposals before sending them to clients
- Technical support for SEO/PPC/Social Media

Coordinating Leadco’s marketing efforts





- Regularly follow up with the SEO/PPC/Social Media team on performance to adjust the strategy as needed
- Participate in Leadco’s monthly marketing meeting to ensure consistency in marketing efforts and the achievement of the company’s overall objectives.

Desired profile

- Leadership, independence, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including project management.
- Bilingual in French and English.

We value thoroughness and humility, as well as your ability to explain things clearly and effectively.
A perfect command of written and spoken French is essential. English is a major asset but is not required.
