If you have Customer Service experience in manufacturing that has multi-processes - you may be the ideal candidate to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. This position is the conduit of information from the sales team, the customer, to the production floor to shipping. The information needs to be communicated accurately and timely. The successful candidate will bring proficiency, enthusiasm and expertise to the Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer files including quotes, orders, invoices and samples.
- Forward requests for quotes to estimating and return quotes to Sales Representative and customer.
- Create bills of material, sales orders, docket packages
- Monitor the progress of orders
- Attend pre-flight meetings and production meetings
- Other related duties
Requirements
- General packaging or flexible packaging manufacturing experience a preferred asset
- · Graphic/Print experience a definite asset
- .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
