Sales and Service Representative (Inside Sales & Customer Service)

Northland Floral continues to grow, and we’re seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join our in-office team. This is an inside sales role that blends customer service with proactive sales responsibilities, including order processing, account support, and outbound customer outreach.

This role is well suited for someone with solid sales and service experience who is comfortable managing incoming inquiries while also building relationships and driving sales growth. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond transactional service - someone who actively contributes to strengthening customer relationships and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately process customer orders and enter data into systems





· Prepare invoices and maintain order records

· Manage incoming customer inquiries while also making outbound calls to identify opportunities, develop leads, and close sales

· Recommend products based on customer needs, availability, and specifications

· Build and expand existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities

· Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting featured products

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

· Maintain accurate and current customer information

· Achieve established sales and productivity targets

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service (inside sales or similar environment)

· Demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities and convert them into sales

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced workplace

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
